I have been with this company for a few years. I am very pleased. Service is great. Always clean.

The office staff was so kind and helpful!! Easy paperwork and moving in. Much better than another storage unit we have used before. Clean and safe.

My husband and I visited site a week ago. Manager was very rude and unhelpful. We went to another storage company because of this.

This is a great place. Helpful and friendly. We moved in Sunday and our first load in was great. Next load the code didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t work and we were denied entry. They are closed Sunday in the office but the lady that lives there came out and I told her code was denied. She tried her code and it was denied. She let us in and apologized. When we came back the third time our code was denied again. She had left the other gate open for people to get in and out. Excellent!

The pricing is right. We have an outdoor parking spot with an enclosed trailer. It's about a 9'6" wide space. It took me a bit to wedge an 8' trailer in there with limited swing but it can be done. Great staff. Easy billing. All in all pleased.

I found everything I was looking for at this facility. right size, the right price, easy access, good mgt, and reasonable approach.

Whole process was so easy, from beginning to end.

Reserved online, they called me to confirm the next day, visited facility staff was friendly, unit and facility are very clean and well maintained. When I returned to secure the unit, all went well, fast and efficient. Great experience.

The Nicest, Most helpful people work here. Doesn't matter what I am calling about the go out of there way to make me feel important.

Other than rude tenants, who canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t help but block access, this is a good place to store the things you donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have room for at home. And in my case, things you donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t want exposed to the corrosive marine air.

Overall, I am very satisfied with Discount Mini Storage Stuart, however the one item that I hate about the storage unit is the fact that now all tenants MUST obtain insurance. Obtaining insurance should be a option not a requirement or mandatory.

Simple and easy process to acquire storage. Christine in the main office who help me is fantastic.

Debbie showed me to my space and it was perfect. Easy access even for my very large truck. Staff was very friendly and professional. Everything was clean and well maintained and worked great. Debbie took the time to go over my entire contract, she explained everything to me in great detail. I am confident that my stuff is in very good hands.

Every once in a while you find someone who exceeds expectations. When I first called to make an appointment to visit the location, Cheryl made time available when it fit in my schedule., This was the beginning of the customer service... It did not end there but continued on with all facets of the rental. This is a special place with special people. I would recommend it if only for the customer service alone.. although the location, cleanliness and ease of location is worth mentioning. You could not be made to feel more comfortable even with a smaller unit.

Storage unit is clean. Air conditioned units are a maximum of 80 degrees. no lights in each unit, only light is in hallway. no electricity in each unit.

Employees were very helpful. Units are clean. Only drawback is no lighting inside each unit. I bring a battery operated light when I use my unit.

Quiet area excellent security. Clean storage area. Grounds were clean and swept. I feel my items will be safe here. The staff are courteous and polite. Office is clean and well lighted
