I am very pleased with my storage unit so far. I was with another company previously... same specs (5x5 unit, inside, air conditioned, etc.). However, the other unit was in a shabby building, not real clean, A/C didn't work, insulation was falling out of the ceiling, extremely humid (I had to put multiple DampRids in my box and change them out once a month). This unit (ExtraSpace) is FAR superior! It is very clean, the AC was running, humidity level was great, staff was outstandingly friendly and helpful. The storage unit itself was VERY clean and easily accessible. On top of all that, it is $10/month cheaper. I highly recommend ExtraSpace!
