Prime Storage - Stuart SE Federal Hwy

The most professional and kindness attendant ever a young man is very helpful and courteous. Best damn employee I’ve ever encountered in a storage facility. The facility looks clean and well kept from the outside but smelt damp and dusty inside. I’m worried that my Furniture will acquire those smells the facility needs a good dusting and a good mopping in the AC filters. Probably need to be changed

Alex was very helpful on answering my questions about what size I really needed and helpful with his suggestions on how to pack the unit. It was nice to get helpful information on just an inquiry, I never felt pressured. When it's time to rent I'll be back. Thank you Alex for all your help

This storage location is good . The people who work there Renée, Allie & Larry are Attentive to your situation. They are professional, while being friendly & helpful. Can't say enough nice things about them. They have a location where I'm moving to 2300 miles away. I will use Prime Storage there with the help of my Cocoa people.

My experience with the online process was exceptionally good. Unfortunately the only issue i had was upon my arrival to move in. I was told to bring my ID before they closed at 6pm, I arrived around 5:45 to find the office closed for the day and I had to call to get the gate code so I could gain access to start the unloading process. It was inconvenient to not have access immediately but it was rectified fairly quickly.
