New, clean, and reasonably priced with well built facility and excellent climate control. Could have done without the chicken wire ceiling which enforces an 8ﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ maximum unfortunately. Facility itself has plenty of room for 10ﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ ceilings. Otherwise an all around excellent place to store.
