I rented a storage unit at the last minute and moved in the same day. The online experience was very easy, and the cost was very affordable. We purchased a move-in kit which included all the supplies we needed and we also purchased a lock. The location is great and I highly recommend!

The lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful. The storage unit was exactly what we requested. We rented a storage space without airconditioning. It was exactly what we needed to store some of our sonﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s stuff for a few weeks during the Summer. We will use them again in the future.

They have a great staff that values customer service! This is my first time using a storage unit by myself and they made my experience such much easier than I expected.

Great customer service. Storage a little muggy but with humidity, it looked viable for a dry storage option: units are temperature regulated.

I probably need to reserve my review for later..I moved into my unit on a Sunday..after the city was hit by a Tornado...so power was down..even accessing entry into the gate was difficult..called the number given to reach the Mgr. But of course it was consistently busy..long story short..I was able to get into the unit and move in..but I'll just end by saying it wasn't a typical move in..

IF I COULD GIVE LESS THAN ONE STAR I WOULD. This place is horrible. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. We only needed the unit for 3 weeks and I could not believe that in that time there was so much damage. The “fine print” in the insurance supposedly does not cover anything so it was almost a total loss to all my belongings. The unit leaked and had COCKROACHES everywhere! It was so Disgusting. I had to throw out my mattress, bedding, clothes, shoes, everything I could not wipe down. I had a one of a kind, hand crafted, canvas piece of artwork that was water damaged. All the boxes were completely infested and even though I tried to salvage what I could in the parking lot, the stuff I moved into my new apartment was infested too. It took months to get rid of all the bugs and I can’t believe that the insurance for the unit didn’t cover ANYTHING so I had to try to clean what I could or I’d be left with nothing. I fought with this company for months before giving up, its clear they don’t care. It was so upsetting, I’m crying just reliving the experience.

Pricing was a bit high but the storage unit is clean. The lock on the units seem to be rusted and are difficult to open and close. I had to be moved to another unit and it still had a similar problem but it got a little better. Overall Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢d recommend for storing your things.

Easy to reserve, but price is a bit steep. Unit doesnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t come with locks and mine has several waspsﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ nests inside, but you can access the unit with your car. Customer service is also good.

I was able to get all I needed in the space

Good location form campus. Clean

The place was pretty clean. A few cobwebs but not too bad. Check out the doors on the unit before you book. Some units have really small doors for a large space.

A few mishaps after reserving the unit, wrong code then unit that was given to us was locked, so had to run back for another one, but all was resolved. Prorated rates should be applied, for half months, as it makes it difficult for college students.

I shopped around for the least expensive storage and then was required to pay an additional $10 a month for insurance. Earlier this year the rent and insurance increased separately and i now pay almost twice what i originally intended to pay. Everything else was fine.

Overall a decent place, I would recommend.

Never felt uneasy going to my Unit. Ease of access could not have been better! The layout of levels insured NO PUDDING OR Water damage to the units! This really impressed me! The staff were really, very caring, helpful and did EVER PAPERWORK RIGHT THE FIRST TIME! EVER TIME, I never had to worry about a price change, with my Unit. I wish all my other "IN LIFE" DEALINGS with any public property intities were so carefree! THANK YOU STORAGE KING! Moving back from Gainesville to Tally in the next few weeks. The office staff was very friendly and very helpful. This place is clean and affordable and it was very easy to reserve a unit online and also with the use of a moving truck and you get so many miles free. Not bad at all.

Affordable and Friendly. I moved my stuff in without any problems. I live out of town now and I feel comfortable with leaving my stuff their in storage with their awesome security features.

I had issues with moving company being late. They worked with me to ensure I had access to finish the job that day. Paperwork was quick and easy.

The customer service was great, when I walked into the office I was immediately helped by one of the ladies there. They had me signed and in my new unit within 10 minutes, it was a breeze. The security is very good as well, there isn't a gate which was an issue at first but they have plenty of cameras, so I have no worries about my belongings.

The lady who attended us could have been nicer and more welcoming. There was an open pack of cigarettes on the counter and the office smelled of smoke. The storage unit itself was a bit dirty as well. Also, the price was a bit high.

The staff at Storage King were super friendly and extremely nice. The facility was very quiet and also very clean. I had an outside storage unit and I often went to my unit at night and I always felt safe when I wad there even at night. Storage King is a great place and I woulf recommend them to anybody.

It was overall a good experience, the front desk was nice. The storage was rather clean and not difficult at all to find. The road is a bit tricky you can get lost though. But it was a rather fast process they also offer a free truck to help carry your luggage over to the storage place if you request it.

The staff upon arrival was courteous and quite hilarious. Prices were excellent and the unit was clean. What more can be asked for!?

I did not have time to do serious research on other storage facilities. Therefore, so far I am giving the facility a thumbs up. The pricing could be better but my moving situation forced me to be okay with it. I would give a perfect score on a facility with the same or cheaper pricing but with extreme security measures, air-conditioning, free insurance coverage or cheaper that covers bugs and rodents as well.

It was a quick move in. My unit was clear of debri and a light was provided in unit for night moving, so it was actually 24 hour access. Good job!

Excellent service

Easy to book. Student discount included is nice. I think the passcode to unlock the door to the climate control room is too easy. I also paid for climate control to avoid roaches and I saw a roach on the wall next to my space. There is no ceiling to each individual space. I am worried my belongings will be roach infested when I pick them up.

STAFF WAS VERY NICE, ANSWERED ALL QUESTIONS THAT WERE ASKED. WHILE WAITING FOR THE PAPERWORK TO BE DONE WE WERE CHATTING, LAUGHING ETC ABOUT LIFE.

This facility has the best value in town! The staff was very helpful and friendly. We completed the rental paperwork in less than ten minutes. I would recommended going to storage king first when looking for storage space.

The price for the entire summer of storeage is very afforable. Had I gone with the options given by the school I would have paid twice as much. Customer service was amazing. The entire process after arriving only took about 5 mins. This was the easiest process ever!

I had reserved the unit about a month before which was very convenient. Because of road construction and it being the first time I had gone to the storage facility I went in on the back side of the facility. It was 5PM and the day I was scheduled to move in and it appeared that the facilities office was already closed. When I got back to my hotel I called to leave a message and Nancy answered the phone. It was 5 minutes before their actual closing time of 6PM for the office. She cheerfully said go ahead and come back we will wait for you. I didn't arrive until around 6:15PM and they were glad to see me and helpful even though they had had to wait on me. The 24 hour access unit that we moved into was sparkling clean and just right to hold my students dorm room items tip the fall!

What I liked most about this storage facility was the price. It was well within budget, with a special one month half off deal, and a $20 rebate from the company that I used to find them. However, it was advertised everywhere online that the specific StorageKing site I wanted to use had a free truck service, but they did not. They had Penske trucks on site that one could pay to rent for three hours, but that would also take away the half off of one month's rent deal. I decided not to rent a truck at all because of this. Thankfully, the apartment I was moving stuff from was very close by, or else I would be really upset with the few extra trips we had to take in my car to move my things. Aside from that, the paperwork was super quick and it was really easy to move my stuff in. Plus, I was surprised by how large a 5x10 unit really is.

The manager of the facility shook my hand took me on a tour and explained all of the fees and monthly cost. Then she asked me where I heard about Storage King. I gave her the name of the website and she gave me an unexpected discount. The customer service was excellent and very informative. I've already recommend that particular facility to four people.
