Very easy to move my stuff in. Personnel were helpful & courteous. I’m happy with my storage unit.

I love the price for the amount of storage and convenience. Communication is okay but I still haven't received a copy of my lease agreement or any kind of paperwork. Still a commendable storage company.

Storage King USA is top notched and. Umber one in my book. Reserving a unit was straight forward on the web, and everything was perfect. My daughter just started college this past summer and Storage King USA is going to be the place I use to store her things for the next 4 years

First time ever renting a storage unit did not know that even if you rent at the end of the month you will still be billed per month not by move in date. But good place, nice and clean and very secure.

Like right now I'm writing this on my way to Wal-Mart for a lock. The are working with me in keeping an eye on things in this strenuous moment. It take a day later for me to make the meet but it's as I'm reporting, they are being real good about that. Thank you King Storage.

This was my second time using a storage unit but my first time with Storage King. My experience was quick and easy. I spoke with a representative when I had a question (I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t recall his name) but he was extremely helpful and attentive. He made me happy with my choice to choose Storage King. Everything else was handled online and the unit was ready when I arrived.

I was told on a short notice that I would have to be out of my house within 3 days and storageking helped my stress levels out tremendously with quick and easy reservation steps

I did it online for the first time ever. Customer service specialist was excellent at his job. He made my experience very easy and calm, because I was anxious and had been searching for a storage all morning. He was funny too. My husband had nothing but good things to say about everyone there. At first, it was difficult to get set up online but once I met with the staff, it was easy to get set up. Access is easy and the hours are good and the facility looks fairly secure. The outside units were a bit dirty and dusty, and one of the lightbulbs did not work, but that was easy enough to take care of. The pricing was fairly steep, but it works out for short term storage.

Was in a pinch to find a place that was reasonable to store my belongings and the management and staff was so helpful and always there every step make sure we had 24 hour access and able to get into the storage unit immediately.
