I love the price for the amount of storage and convenience. Communication is okay but I still haven't received a copy of my lease agreement or any kind of paperwork. Still a commendable storage company.

This was my second time using a storage unit but my first time with Storage King. My experience was quick and easy. I spoke with a representative when I had a question (I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t recall his name) but he was extremely helpful and attentive. He made me happy with my choice to choose Storage King. Everything else was handled online and the unit was ready when I arrived.

He made my experience very easy and calm, because I was anxious and had been searching for a storage all morning. He was funny too. My husband had nothing but good things to say about everyone there. At first, it was difficult to get set up online but once I met with the staff, it was easy to get set up. Access is easy and the hours are good and the facility looks fairly secure. The outside units were a bit dirty and dusty, and one of the lightbulbs did not work, but that was easy enough to take care of. The pricing was fairly steep, but it works out for short term storage.

The property and storage unit was very clean and the lady at the front desk was very professional and helpful. Storage King will no doubt be my go to storage facility..
