The service was fine. The unit was not cleaned out, but I had a broom so I could sweep it out all the dirt debris, bugs & cobwebs. To a slight defense..I booked the day prior & the customer service showed them to be open when they were in fact closed. There were a few other issues but I'll save my time about that. I'm sure I'll enjoy doing business moving forward as I already have after move in date.

On two separate occasions, Joey was really helpful in first, showing me the unit before move in to make sure it would work for me, then again on move in day helping me finish up paperwork and getting the unit cleaned up just before I moved in. I like the location of this storage facility and great price for the unit. The facility is clean and secure so I'm confident in my things being safe. Thanks again!

Todd was great getting me into my unit. He was friendly and efficient and the place is clean with dollies and carts to assist my move. They can even help with Uhaul rentals!

Everything went smoothly and in a timely manner

The pricing is great for every month and Britt has excellent customer service skills even despite him having to deal with store issues. He made it his business to service my family and I effectively, promptly and efficiently. He didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t forget about my needs even when I had to go back and forth with the call center and he worked with me even with having to come from so far. Thanks to Britt we had the smoothest moving process ever and he came by to check on us while in the process. He has amazing communication skills, very diligent and patient. I wish ever place of business had someone like Britt. Thank you so much.
