I payed for my daughter in laws storage to get it out before she lost her things. they were supposed to be getting ready to auction it off. Very rude staff, the unit had been ransacked and after getting things to my daughter in laws apartment later that day we realized several things were missing including a brand new crib mattress still in the box. When ask why itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s was all tore up inside and unlike it was put in the unit, the answer was to prepare if for auction, taking photos etc. More likely they went through it to get what they wanted not expecting the owner to come back in time and get it before auction. If late your late, the charges were double the cost of this unit. I have rented several storage units with reputable companies and this is NOT one of them. I have never dealt with such a lousy facility and such rude staff. Stay away as your stuff isnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t safe from the thieves that work there.
