CubeSmart Self Storage - Tampa - 4309 Ehrlich Rd

While moving. I needed a last minute storage unit. A friend told me about the SpareFoot app. I put in my zip code and found a facility near by. I called SpareFoot to answer a few questions. The customer service agent was very polite and helpful. He made a reservation for me with CubeSmart. The process at CubeSmart was quick and easy. The customer service lady was amazing. I believe her name was Denise. She was very helpful and answered all my questions. She took me over to my unit to show me how to get there. The unit was clean and is easily accessible.

Out of all of the other storage units the small 5x5 is the best for my situation and I love the little welcome bag they put in there for you. I am excited to get my things moved in soon. I also appreciate the wonderful staff at this facility and we had great conversations while completing the paper work.

This is a nice, clean, safe storage facility. I think itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s ridiculously overpriced for a parking spot, but otherwise no complaints.

The staff was wonderful an very helpful with showing me the unit I reserved. My storage needed to be changed to a larger unit. Fred was very Accommodating to my needs an changed my storage. Very pleased!

They were very in tune to my needs and helped me get the storage unit that was right for me.

I loved everything except online said one move in fee and when I went in it was more than expected, also I was not aware of the free truck usage and rented out a whole other truck for a lot more money, wish I wouldﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve known of that deal at time of booking

Units are actually not exact size ,example. I requested 10x25 itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s actual 9x23.5

It's a storage facility. In a decent location. ok price ,but high insurance.

was given a 10 by 10 unit but after I signed everything and went to drop my stuff off it looked more like an 8 by 10 unit
