I am in the service industry for a fortune 500 company in the USA. I have never had the level of service received last Wednesday. After driving 10 plus hours.(moving 4 stares over). I was perplexed as to how I could find a unit. Within the window of all the driving and stress, this company made all types of accommodations to ensure I would have space that day and have a clean unit. Upon arrival at the facility Ms. Barbara, wait until I arrived to ensure I could get in the facility before they closed at 6 pm(she checked me in and had the unit cleaned, and had me sign sign the necessary paperwork) arrived at 5:47pm. I can't stress enough the attention the detail this company provides. I would recommend this company to ANYONE.

The man who helped us had knowledge of the unit by numbers we were walking all over, and when I requested the truck it wasn't available ,twice . However both times I went to my unit the truck was there. Very unhappy
