This was the easiest and fastest experience I've ever had with a storage facility. The manager is very professional and kind. She found the best deal available for my particular needs.

Paid for climate control and itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s definitely not that. I guess the tenant who has the unit across from me has roaches and they were everywhere. It had a strong pissy smell, and it was extremely hot. They didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have but one equipment for loading that was assessable for use and we had to wait until the person was finished. The doors are too small to put things through and they should have it to where youﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re able to load your things in the elevator without having to open and close it all the time. They donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have a bathroom available nor a garage bin. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s just totally different from what I have at another storage place.

Ordered a outside unit, went to my unit and it was inside and it was occupied.called customer service, was given another inside unit. Had to pay truck rental for another because of this. There was 1 cart for use and only 1 wheel turned making it impossible to use. Side gate was open, when outside to truck to find a man on a bicycle circling the truck with another walking around it when they seen us they exited the side gate which I closed. There was roaches coming from unit across from ours. A lot of them.

Great experience easy and convenient! Price was great and customer service was a plus!

I think this is a great choice for me I know my belongings will be safe and the price was very reasonable then some of the other places I've visited.

The young ladies that were there at the front desk on move in day were very helpful on the phone and in person. The facility is clean and loading was easy with on site loading equipment.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was very easy to move stuff as there was a free cart inside the building. You just have to walk around and find one.
