4 minutes ago They obviously have no regard for personal service. I showed up with a moving truck and my code would not work and it cost me a lot of money. Paying movers and a rental truck by the hour while creating a huge traffic jam. absolutely no follow-up from management concerning this. Then one week later it happened again last night I could not access my unit. absolutely pathetic!!!

THE SECURITY COMES FROM KNOWING THAT THE PROPERTY MANAGER IS DEDICATED AND CONCERNED ABOUT THE FACILITY AND THE CLIENTS OCCUPYING UNITS THERE. RUDY IS BACK AGAIN AS THE PROPERTY MANAGER IN OLDSMAR, AND I AM DELIGHTED! WHAT AN AMAZING PERSON, AND PROPERTY MANAGER - THE SALT OF THE EARTH! My wife and I really needed some extra space to store some stuff to make room for our baby on the way. Public storage was advertising a deal of $1 dollar for the first month and $45 a month. It seemed like a great deal. The guy working the desk was very friendly but after we started to sign up we found out that you get charged for the lock and you are required to pay for their insurance for the unit. Add in fees and taxes and our $1 for the month turned in to $56 and the $45 a month for the unit turned in to $71. Not the great deal we thought we would be getting.
