Obtained storage unit online with a reduced rate. Much less than other facilities Excellent customer service. Received text communications to keep me updated on status prior to move in date. Unit was very clean.

Staff was perfectly ready to answer any questions I may have e had. I felt comfortable as soon as I was treated.

Both customer service reps I worked with were very friendly and helpful. The facility is clean, and the prices are competitive with others I've researched.

I have had a great experience in renting a unit for safely storing my personal belongings at Public Storage in Oldsmar. First, making a reservation was so easy using their website. The site answered the majority of my questions, listed what sizes were available, and I was able to book my space, at a reduced price as I was booking on-line. On my first visit, the gentleman, Todd, at the desk assured me that all was sanitized, showed me the unit....super clean...and all areas looking almost brand new. He shared that they had full 24/7 security, with alarms on each unit, and cameras around the premises. I was also pleased that we were both wearing masks -- a Covid, precaution. It was a pleasure to receive such great service from Todd. I commend the company for hiring him to work with customers at their front desk. Happy New Year!! T.L. Crawford

Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because when I first went to public storage they had their gates completely open and did not close in the time I was there.

Don't like the required insurance

Facility is secure and staff is friendly. The AC in the building is not quite as cool as I would have liked, but is certainly sufficient enough to keep my goods from mildew.

Public storage has been helpful is so many ways The staff has been so helpful, Rosemary was so helpful in many she helped out when she could.

Very knowledgeable gals at the desk when I walked in. I had no idea what size storage I needed and when I told them what I had thry got it exactly right!. Very happy customer here

Excellent! I first called from Virginia to figure out whether to use their facility. Rosemary was excellent. She was patient with all my first timer questions. She even gave me a call back when she found further helpful information for me. Then when I came in to get the unit, Diana was outstanding. She made the cumbersome paper process quick and easy. She even gave me advice for the truck driver for how to back into the unit (Of course, the next day the driver did not initially follow the advice and could not get to the unit. Once he followed the advice, he was able to back in perfectly!).

Everyone from Kelly at the call center who helped me decide on a unit size right up to Rudy who gave me an immediate courtesy call at the storage facility did a fabulous job. Rudy even explained ways I could save some money and convinced me on purchasing the Damp-Rid (or something like that) since my unit is outside and not comfort controlled. Thanks Rudy! At least I know that my stuff won't get moldy now.

great service.... quick and easy!

Can't get much easier, friendlier, and quicker than this experience. Booked what I wanted online (cheaper that way), I was shown the unit, signed enough paperwork to buy a house with and I was done. The good part is that you aren't locked into a long term lease. And yes, there are administration fees and insurance you have to buy. And, they can basically raise the rent whenever, but that's the price you pay for storage. Kimberly and Candice did an awesome job!

Have been a repeat customer in Public Storage. I am ex-milirary, have been different places, and it's the same everywhere I needed storage. Always good. Thanks!

Very outgoing and helpful management, neat and clean facility

The young lady was polite. Explained everything in detail as well as the leasing contracts you sign which you can leave at anytime.She showed me the parking,gave me a tour of the security, the building how the lights work and even the water fountains. She answered all questions thoroughly and also offered me any supplies that I might need on my move. Things I didn't even think of like a mattress cover etc. Overall a great job by the young lady. I would call that Added Value Service Also would recommend Public Storage to everyone. I was in and out of there in less than 10 min.
