Public Storage - Tampa - 1302 W Kennedy Blvd

Great location, easy access. Push carts are a little small, but storage is all about location and this one is very easy to access from 3 different streets.

First, everything went perfectly regarding getting the unit as scheduled. You have (or I should say had since I got the last one) a 10' x 5' unit for less. The size sounds the same, but there is a big difference in being able to get more things neatly organized when you have a roll up door and can see your belongings. I am very happy with the lighting as well. I don't have to count on a flashlight.

First and foremost let me start with the staff. Ariana is great. Was very helpful with my walk through and getting signed up for my storage unit. But that is where the good experience ends. She needs to be given more help or resources to fix the problems around the facility. The automatic sliding door is broken and has been for at least a month. Not the most security in the world. Also the light in my unit has not worked since I purchased it 3 weeks ago. I visit my warehouse almost every day and the constant inconvenience is a little surprising from a company as large as public storage.

When i walked in just curious for pricing. The young lady at the desk helped me figured out the perfect size and price to store. When im ready to store i will definitely be storeing here!
