The only thing it needs is more loading carts, every time I go there, there arenﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t any and is hard to carry heavy boxes from my car to the storage unit, please look into that asap!

Good deal for unit size, though extra insurance fees add up. Mostly clean, some units looked better than others, make sure to check out your options before selecting one.

The area was very clean. It was easy access to my storage. The young man that represented the storage was awesome. Very kind very sweet and respectful and knowledgeable. Very good prices.

Checking into my storage unit and doing all the paperwork was great. What I didn't like to see is that the Gates are in pretty bad shape. One gate motor was damaged due to a storm at least two months ago and there are "Still" problems with it. As I was checking in, customers kept asking the Attendant if the gate was down "Again". Put yourself in their situation with a car load of stuff, pulling in and only then realizing the gate doesn't work. (No Signs) Now they have to back up "Into" Oncoming traffic and run down the Highway to make a U-turn to try the Other Gate. The Other gate is damaged due to someone running into it. It works for now but.... ? I do hope you will attempt to put better workmanship and money into a more confident gate operation.

Public Storage on Dale Mabry in Lutz, FL is well run and have friendly, pleasant people to do business with. The lock and gate works well and no problems with access. The paperwork was a bit much and the time it took was frustrating as I was in a bit of a hurry. My truck parking location is under a tree that is dropping some sort of seed pod, nut or fruit on it making a small mess. The price is right and no other comments.

I've had a storage here for almost 10 years. Bob is a great property manager. He is very helpful and personable. The property, including the bathrooms, is always clean and well lit.
