Public Storage - Tampa - 18191 E Meadow Rd

I had to move out of my apartment in a short notice. Moving out of a 2bd 2bath place into x much smaller place that's furnished already was at a point of desperation. When I did a did a search on the internet, as always het inundated with results. But was lucky enough to find this place, had everything I was looking for and was able to reserve the storage unit I wanted snd pay for it all within minutes. The followup hsd the instructions explaining everything I needed to do when I arrived at the location the very next day. Phew what a relief that was.

Clean and updated, Bob is fablous tales really good care of concerns. Bob is the sweetest property manager ever, always smiling and friendly and so helpful. He brightens my day when I come in he is so upbeat and positive. Sept 9, 2017 Bob at Public Storage is amazing when he could have been home prepping for hurricane Irma he was at work making sure people had access to units and offering help if needed, he went above and beyond the scope of his job, he takes great pride in his location and it shows. I was doing last minute prepping at 5:15 pm and Bob was still there doing whatever he could to help and always with an upbeat additude. I can honestly say because of Bob this is the best pubic storage I have ever used. He cares about every single customer there. BOB IS A TOTAL PEOPLE PERSON.

The New Tampa location - Cross Creek sales manager Bob was awesome. He truly went above and beyond to make sure I had the best storage unit that if my needs. He also had gave me a really great deal I'm wish now that I would have went with a little bigger unit. I really have to much stuff. Thanks Bob

Bob is an incredible property manager! I have used various storage facilities for over 20 years and I can truly say this place is great. From the first time I met Bob, he has has given wonderful guest service. He always helpful and pleasant The facility is clean and easily accessible.

I had a great experience. Bob, the manager, was super professional and service was his number one goal. He certainly met that goal. He worked with me, to put me in a correct size storage space. The facility was real clean and he have a great selection of storage supplies. I am very happy that I chose Public Storage. I would recommend Public Storage to all my family and friends.
