The price was right, great customer service and was ready to move our things into the unit!

Everything is done online. It is user friendly. When I went to the office after the online application, it took about 15min for the paperwork to complete. The storage is clean and secure. I love it.

There are only carts in the office and not near the location where the cisters need them

Being a first time customer I didn't know what to expect but the customer service agent made it simple to accomplish.

Ariana was very prompt, friendly and efficient. Within minutes of my reservation she called me to go over the next steps of storage. It was definitely a personalized experience and if I ever have to rent again I'll choose public storage. Only thing I wish I was advised is that they require you to have a disc lock and they sell for 25. Save yourself time and money and buy at Walmart or lowes for less than half the price.

They only have 2 moving carts available to help assist you, they used to have 3. The last 2 times I went to bring some furniture to place in storage the experience was unacceptable and I felt mislead by the associates who signed me up. Feb 3rd: I couldn't find one, went to the office in which I was initially told there should be one. There weren't any and was told by the associate I would just have to go find one and ask who is using it if I could use it after them ! I checked all storage isles of both buildings and couldn't find one. I am not a professional mover so I rely on those carts and ended up carrying individual items on numerous trips up the elevator to my storage unit. I couldn't complete the move because some items were to heavy to hold and carry that far that long. I was not happy but ... hoping for a better experience next time. Feb 10: I see 2 carts in office but it was locked. I was told by a handyman or some guy hanging out that the associate was showing units to some people. I ended up finding them but had to wait for them to view all possible units that could meet their needs. I waited and waited. Then was told I had to leave my car keys as insurance so the cart doesn't get stolen !!!! I had to get my unit lock key off my key ring and leave my car unlocked while I went up and down to my unit. I am really disappointed and if the next time there is a problem ... Public Storage is not the right place for me.

The Manager was amazing took care of all my needs

Though Angela was tied up with several customers and no assistance, her courtesy call to me prior to prepared me for the slight delay. She was very helpful and made my transaction process smooth and as fast as she could. I even suggested the company to not only get her some help but maybe even a golf cart to help her show the units quicker.

This location gained a customer who will definitely be back if ever in need of storage again. Because of Angela today, it felt like family helping family instead of cold business transaction. I really appreciate her warm positive energy. Not only organized but prepared for my arrival she eased my headache of moving

Great facility, Angela is extremely helpful. Used this storage location for short term storage to keep our college students belongings and it worked out very well. We would definitely use them again!

I worked with Angela, the manager. She is very friendly and tries to find you the best storage unit for your needs. Only thing I noticed is she is by herself at the front desk so it's hard to manage when multiple people come into the office. She does a good job finishing with the first customer before starting with the next task. Overall good experience.

I have had nothing but positive interaction and experience with this storage facility. I also have had the pleasure meeting and talking with Angela. Angela is an excellent asset to this company and storage facility. I come to my storage very frequently and only see Angela. The facility is always clean. Angela also greets anyone with a smile and if there is ever a question, she will provide an answer. Angela is very courteous, professional and makes the process much easier.

First stop was Public Storage in South Tampa. The manager was very helpful but did not have a unit size I needed. She referred me to another one and Angela immediately went to work to make sure she met my needs. Both ladies an asset to this company. Unit is clean and easy access. Makes a stressful move so much better. Thanks!

I only needed storage for a week and it cost me over $100- that's with a special rate, too. They force you to get insurance even if you refuse it and make you purchase one of their locks. I tried to get the lock at Walmart but surprise surprise- they didn't sell them there. Out of all the locks they do sell, I found it odd that they don't carry the one Public Storage uses. Public Storage probably does this one purpose so they can charge you $20 for a lock that should be $5-6.
