not inpressed with parking spot, super tight for a trailer, with other pull through spots and terrible parking by others

Reserved a space online for my Raptor. The online process was simple and didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t take much time at all. The space was clean and ready for me to move in over the weekend without any assistance from staff. Highly recommended this facility for those who are looking for vehicle storage!

Place was remarcably clean, Stacy's can do attitude and ease of process was a breath of fresh air. Pleasure to do business with you folks. The phone operator worked his tail off to make sure I was happy and taken care of. Very professional phone call.

I am very happy with my unit and the price and customer was great.. Stacy did a great job helping me get a bigger unit than I originally thought I would need.. I definitely recommend this Public Storage

Sabrina wasnt friendly, seemed tired. I was waiting for her to open the door at the office a long time.

What can you say. The area is clean. It's secure. The price was good. The rep. was helpful. If you're in the neighborhood it should work for you.

I don't think that it's right that if you move out on the first of the month that they charged you for the whole month I've been with public storage for 15 years or more and have two other relatives in public storage as well . I think public stores should work with The people who rent from them and not charging them for the whole month when they moved out on the first they should've prorate the day and not charge them for the full month. This just makes us think that you don't care about your renters thank you

Great service and affordable prices.

Have used public storage whenever extra storage was needed. When I lost my parents I used public storage for almost 3 yrs until I was ready to go through their things. Never had any problems and they were always helpful.

Location 7803 W Waters Ave Tampa Fl 33615 Ronald service me for the second time, That's one of the reasons I cane back to this location. Professionalism, quick but effective. Customer centric and customer friendly!!!

The storage is nasty. There is nasty water in buckets coming from the ceiling. I will never use your service again.

I worked with both Triana and Jessica. Triana did a great job showing us the in and out to make it so when we finally came in to open the storage room we already knew cost and expectations. The outside of the business could be a little more presentable for a business (mainly a paint job) but customer service is spot on! Thanks again to both of you!

I Visited the Office in waters.ave (by 589) Tampa....great service .... In & out.....(snap) my car is in storage.

I have no complaints about the service or what you actually get for the price paid. My only negative comment concerns the fees that get added onto the initial price of renting the storage unit: This seems sort of deceptive.

I just moved from Tennessee and needed a place to storage some boxes. I found this chose this location because it is close to me office. I love it. Vanessa was nice and very helpful and all the process only took a couple of minutes. I recommend this location.

Jimmy was an example of what great customer service is about. He was professional but yet friendly and well aware of information to help me select the appropriate size unit. I would have no reservation in recommending Public Storage and Jimmy's specific location on Waters in Tampa, FL.

The staff is friendly and awesome, We able to work with me to get a good deal. Faclity is clean and kept up.

I rented a RV parking site. It is outdoors with no cover and no shade. the location is nice and secure. The staff was friendly but refused to honor your internet special pricing. The problem is the location website di not list my rental site so I could not rent on line. The price being charged is way over many of your competitors. Due to my recent move I needed to move my travel trailer I am a long term renter, so far 2 years and plan to continue to rent space for my travel trailer so it is not a short term rental. I will be moving to a competitors site which is much less in cost.

I really liked the way public storage runs their system. The check in and move in procedures were quick, clear and concise. Would not even think of using anyone else
