Great customer service experience

Lady at service desk was truly amazing. Professional and caring

Move in was amazing. Misty was great. She even found a discount that lowered my 1st month & move in cost. She was very pleasant and up beat. As people began to gather in the office she ensured that everyone was taken care of swiftly. Unfortunately she failed to inform me that the facility closes at 9pm...shocked, I showed up with the uhaul ready to unpack and the gate didn't open. I called the number on the gate and the customer service guy said there is a 24hr code that she should have given me inky to find that he was lying, misty said there isn't a 24hr code. So either way I had to wait until the next day to unpack which caused me to extend my uhaul rental. Aside from that I am excited for this new journey in my life and look forward to working with Misty monthly as I prepare for a great unknown future.

It was a very good initial meeting however I haven't had it a week yet so I can't say 5 stars wholeheartedly yet. But so far so good.

A great place to store your things and always clean...

The representative was very welcoming, down to earth, polite and made the whole process a breeze. Man i wish i could remember her name! It wasnt Misty. It was the other women with the glasses. She was so nice and had a good sense a humor. With the bad day I was having she actually made me feel better. She was very knowledgable and got me in and out! Thanks again!

Misty and Aila are awesome. I needed some boxes for my move and they were extremely knowledge about their product. You get what you pay for and i'm very happy I got their product.

Ms. Alia was very helpful and sweet. She was also fast and made it an in and out type of situation.

Misty runs the office most days and she is absolutely incredible. I moved to Tampa from Ohio and with a moving truck it was really important to have timely access to my storage unit. Luckily I chose this place and Misty was there to help me get everything organized in just enough time. She went above and beyond and let me leave my Uhaul trailer behind the gate overnight until I was able to return it the next day. If it weren't for Misty I would have been screwed because I was unable to park the trailer in my apartment complex. She really came through for me and every time I have visited since then she has been there with a smile and helpful service as needed. I highly recommend this storage facility, the location is perfect, close to USF; and the customer service is unbeatable.

Received the help I needed at a price I couldn't refuse.
