I would recommend to see the space first before buying - ours has a huge hole in the wall.

In addition to a clean building and video-security, we REALLY liked the personal contact/follow-up phone calls: one after signing our contract and another after moving into the space.

We have been using Public Storage facilities for about 15 years. The facilities are always kept clear of trash and are maintained in excellent condition. Our indoor storage unit is climate controlled and we have not experienced a failure of the system. Here in Florida, that is critically important because the heat and humidity will destroy books, clothing and anything else susceptible to damage from those unpleasant parts of Florida's climate. Staff have always been very professional, helpful and friendly. We have had no billing problems or other administrative problems.

Registration process was quick & easy. Personnel was very friendly, courteous & pleasant. Explained how the security system works.
