I love this self storage location. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s very budget friendly and the sizes look bigger than they actually are.

I am a senior on a fixed income. We had a family crisis and I needed storage immediately. I was looking for a safe place with a reasonable rate since we had an emergency, I was in a hurry and the representative worked quickly to meet my needs. She was great.

Cat is super to work with! Went above and beyond to make sure we had and knew everything we needed to. Infinitely better than most storage places.

I received the BEST customer service during the rental of my new storage unit at this StorQuest location! Catherine (Cat) gave me SERVICE that went ABOVE & BEYOND what I would consider even "GREAT!" She showed me my unit, and even helped me get a bulky item out of my vehicle, as I was by myself! She offered me water several times, made sure to let me know I was welcome to come in the office any time to get water, or use the restroom! It was just an experience like I've never had before! I can tell you that if this world had MORE people like CAT, who took the time to be kind, and give their BEST at work...this world would be a MUCH BETTER place to live in!! THANK YOU, CATHERINE!! YOU ROCK!!

The woman at the desk was very helpful. The call center isn't local so be sure to be prepared for the extra cost of a lock and insurance.

Staff is wondergul, and helpful.
