My storage unit was suppose to be a 3 x 5, and when I got there and started unloading some stuff It seemed a little small, so I measured it and it turned out to be 3ft 6in wide x under 10 ft long. The unit had a lot of leaves in it witch I blew out .

The agent who handled my unit her name is Barb, was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. She explained everything completely I have never rented a unit before and she made. It very easy. You should be proud to have her in your employment, it seems most places anymore have surly employees who don,t care if they have your business or not, so nice to have someone like Barb to help you out.

I was amazed how smoothly everything went as the representative from spare foot gave me lots of different options, answered all my questions, and made my reservation for the one I was interested in. At that facility, the office manager was extremely helpful and gave me his time to show me the unit and a second unit to compare. I was very happy with the whole experience!
