I found that I could stack up my belongings resulting in being able to rent a smaller place then I thought I needed.

The facility is clean and I feel safe there. Great security features.

The space size is the same as I had in another storage competitor but the price was half!

Very pleased with this location of CubeSmart. I moved from another nearby facility that had doubled its prices. The attendant at CubeSmart, whose name is Ally, did an excellent job of showing me around and processing my paperwork. She was pleasant and efficient. And the price for the storage was very competitive.

The cube smart representative was very helpful. She showed us several sizes to chose from.

Everything is pretty much top of the line for storage. The only issue we really saw was a lot of the carts were run down, and had issues.

The only concern is that the back fence isn't exactly impenetrable.

The process of getting the unit was so easy. We were shown the unit before we were expected to sign anything. It was definitely bigger than they promised. Our only disappointmentioned was a hidden fee. We were told the monthly cost and that there would be a $22 administration fee but we were not informed of the mandatory insurance. We were however treated with kindness and understanding by the manager who waived the admin fee in order to offset the insurance charge.
