This place is very clean, they have a good price and the people that are working there are very friendly and cortéis.

It was a pleasure to walk into this establishment. I was greeted warmly the customs service rep was engaging, polite and professional. The facility was clean and inviting. I would recommend this to everyone who has storage needs.

Bummed that nearest elevator is down but, at least there are 2. It's a good value. Great service very kind and helpful.

Moved in on Oct 26, 2019. The facility was excellent. The staff was friendly and professional. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m glad we chose to leave our previous storage facility and Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve here.

Customer service is great when you need to speak with them. The gate has been broke twice since being there. The carts are limited and need to search around for them as there are only 2 at the location.

The on site manager, Glen, was extremely friendly and helpful. The process was quick and painless!

I was impressed with the overall cleanliness as well as the security of the facility. Glenn, the manager who handled my move in was pleasant and very professional.

Everything was fine! I am glad I rented this unit!

The only thing my fiancé and I were not happy about was how when we came back to move in, there were a lot of people and only 2 carts that werecurrently being used. We have a 6 month old son that we had to take with us to drop off our things and had to wait for a cart and a place to park. Other than that, everything else seems fine this far.

After being in other storage places, this is the cleanest and nicest place in the area.

Great team over on Belvedere. Very courteous and professional. The truck for $10 is a bonus if you stay within 4 hours. I recommend having at least 2 people helping you move items in, otherwise there's an up charge. I made it just in time.

I walked in to hear Jose on the phone with a customer, who was obviously displeased that she had to pay for her unit that she rented. She became (through Jose's phone) very loud and disrespectful to Jose. He calmly tried to explain to the customer a fact that was clearly outlined in the agreement (nothing bad). But she continued to flip out on Jose for at least 10 minutes, only to be dealt with way more courtesy and respect than I would ever have been able to muster up. Point of this matter: The service here is absolutely outstanding and respectful. The facility was very clean, air conditioned. I was even shown my unit before to make sure it was to my liking.. (the first of which was simply turned width-wise, and I didn't care for it too much). So I was offered another with no delay or lack of patience, and the next unit was perfect. They offer carts for moving items around and the elevators are huge. The aisles are plenty wide, even for large furniture items or appliances. Just want to thank Jose for showing how professional and courteous they are even amidst overly disgruntled customers that don't understand how a 'by month' lease agreement works. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Thanks guys!

The best price I could find in greater WPB for air conditioned storage. In fact it was about $100 less per month here than Juno Beach for a 8x10. The facility was just as nice. This is the first time I have used a storage facility and this far I am happy with it.

Oh come on, Patricia, it's a storage unit, not a kitchen floor to eat off of! My unit was swept and clean, although there is always some small debris in the corners of most of these types of units. Anyway it's a *cubicle* not a motel room, and I found mine to be very clean & in good order. Prior to settling on United Storage, I had conducted research on many facilities & their prices in WPB and RPB near the junction of Okeechobee & RPB Blvd. I needed a first free month quickly and at a good price as we were moving very soon. I telephoned and left a message and first a customer agent named Harold and then the manager José both telephoned within a couple of hours. Both were very courteous and welcoming, and José personally took over to assist and to give me the best price for a 5x10 unit out of all the many competitors. Moreover as it was nearly closing time when I arrived, José and Harold both also stayed late to finish the paperwork (quickly) and take me to view the unit and explain gate and shut-down procedures. So I am well pleased with United Storage, and thanks go to José and staff for excellent management of a good facility. By the way *no*, I haven't been paid to say all this, and moreover the 5x10 unit is larger than any I've known in other facilities, and with easy ground-floor access. :-)

Our storage locker floor was very dirty. It was partially covered in a fine clay powder.
