I was told I would be getting an 8 x 8 storage unit and it was only an 8 x 7, therefore not all my stuff fit into it and Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m stuck riding around with stuff in my car

Had a wonderfuk experience with the customer service.

All the personnel was very nice and the contract process was very quick and easy. I just moved my stuffs from ExtraSpace where they changed and raised my monthly fee after having my belongings there for only 4 months. My new locker is spacious. I highly recommend CubeaSmart.

I walked in, looked around, stood by the desk of the representative & he didn't even look up to acknowledge me. After almost 10 minutes standing there & viewing the caged stacked storage facility, I walked out. The desk of the representative was messy & had fast food remnants. Assumed the rest of the place probably wasn't cared for.

Lisa helped me in multiple ways. She quickly responded once I arrived, and I was checked in to the non-climate controlled unit before I new it. When I got home, I decided to move to a climate controlled unit. I called Lisa who said it was no problem. Once again, when I arrived, Lisa quickly responded and found the ideal unit for my needs.

Size was smaller than quoted. I was told it was an approximation. Insurance was higher than expected.

I was in a hurry to find a place to store some boxes and really wasn't wanting to have to pay a lot. The rep from here have me options and pricing I could appreciate. Also fast service so I was impressed. Good customer service is hard to find.

The facility was clean, decently priced and recommendable.

I had to come with my broom and clean up the unit myself. Beware! There are a lot of roaches in this place. Everytime I go there, I see lots of people spanish speaking just hanging out there smoking. They were not moving anything. The other day, there was balloon on the ground, pencils and papers like they had a party for children in there. The place is kind of scary but I don't have the strength or the time to move my stuff out for another storage place. But I hope they hire security to guard this place.
