The storage place is nice. I can't confirm to the cleanliness as there were electricians onsite and they had to be the messiest I've ever encountered. The gentleman that assisted me was very nice and enthusiastic, but there were issues with the new software and it took a long time to get the paperwork going. I needed a very small unit and was glad to find this available here.

I like how clean and nice facilities also appreciate does provide hand truck for your convenience putting in and out of your storage unit. However, the bathroom is only open while the office is open. That is not good at all. The money they are charging is high and at least let use bathroom while we are wonton our storage unit. Plus we have to purchase our own key that is mot cool. The fee is already high with insurance and administrative fees, tax etc.. it becomes very expensive.

Moved into this self storage bc the storage where we were originally was just too expensive. Life Storage gave us a way better offer! I was convenient and secure.

Everything was new and the staff helpful.

I was so impressed how helpful Chelsea was that I went with life storage even though it was a little more then other places. Customer service is on point & they answer their phone. I also like they donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t call you a million times after . The place is so clean & very easy to access.
