Public Storage - Lake Worth - 1814 Lake Worth Road

Anyone who know the energy it takes for a move knows the last thing you need is crazy from a storage company. Canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t relive my nightmare in writing it into a box. I would not recommend this place for storage to anyone EVER for any reason! Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m so sorry I have my things at this facility. I pray each day I find a way with Gods help to remove them and this become a distant memory. Spray first. After this review I expect a price increase very soon.

I am just moving into the area and have items that I do not know if I will be keeping in my new home. I just need a place to stow things like camping chairs for a few months. This is close to my new home and reasonable in cost. The costs were higher than initially revealed, so do pay attention. Though the first month was only $1, there was then a $24 admin fee. I expected that. Then, $19.95 for a lock. Then $8 for some damp rid kind of thing that they recommended. Then the second month prorated, so that the first payment is not due until the beginning of the third month. Then, they wanted me to get insurance which I declined. (That took some work.) Total up front expenses were over $75. The rules were well explained and the manager seems both vigilant and helpful.

The manager was very nice and helpful. She explained everything to me and was extremely efficient.

The lady that was there (at this storage) explain the rules and was very nice. The staff public storage down the street on Lake Worth Road was not as nice and did not explain the rules to my girlfriend and now because of one day she is stuck with a monthly bill. They closed before she could get all her stuff out and now charged her with a whole month and she still cannot use storage ???

Rented today at public storage with the property manager Asorney he was excellent thank you guy.

Easy and convenient!

Helped a friend move in back on Friday. Movers came a little late so it delayed my arrival to the storage facility. I was met by the manager Victoria that added a helping hand through the process. She was courteous and knowledgeable. She made sure that everything worked out for us!

Very pleasant manager, Victoris efficiently, showed the unit, and handled paperwork efficiently, gave is all our options and explained.

Very friendly and informative about services and the area!!!!!

Victoria is extremely professional and courteous. She is very knowledgeable about the business. I give Victoria 5 stars in all components of our service today and she is an asset to Public Storage.

Manager on site was very helpful. Made the moving transition easy and hassle free. Great attitude and personality. Will recommend to others!
