A lot of maintenance issues Loose latches/cyl lock on roll up door multiple night lights out not like itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a high tech facility to maintain No one in the office or grounds during said open hours I had checked back 3 multiple times on a Friday

The unit was perfect for what I need and as described.

Nobody's never there I moved in I went to return the lock and the office door is locked and 9:45 I bought my own lock and I want to drop that lock off because they charged me $19 for it and I don't need it but nobody's in the office to do this

Location and storage unit fit my needs. Very good move in instructions!

I was VERY pleased with my experience yesterday at this location!! Patricia was VERY thorough throughout the process, and very professional. She went over every detail and patiently explained and answered any questions that I had. She did everything that her job requires, from asking me if I needed to purchase boxes for my clothing, and happily even showed me to a smaller space when I realized that I didn't need the one I had reserved - without trying to do the hard sell for more money! She respected my needs, and was courteous and helpful through the entire procedure. She was efficient and pleasant, and is an EXCELLENT representative for the Public Storage business. An employee that ANY COMPANY would be proud to have on their team!!!

Patricia, the property manager, and her staff were very considerate, and helpful with our rental today. They accommodated our specific needs, and honored a promotional online price. It was a pleasure working with this office, and we hope to be customers for a long time, if the rental price stays within budget. Erika help me today and she was amazing!!! We are moving on a budget and she did her best to accommodate us and work with us she is awesome sauce I highly recommend this facility as I have been to many others in the past that were nowhere near this organized. Due to the online booking which is always less expensive than walk-in, I contact Eric the property manager to reserve the unit. I went to your facility to check out the location and size, and noticed Eric's office as very clean, and he was uber professional.

We needed some extra space from moving from IL to FL and we found a local Public Storage close to our apartment. We made a reservation online and then went in to the office to sign our paperwork and move in. The office was clean, we were greeted right away and Asorney took great care of us. We have had nothing but a positive experience with Public Storage. We have used other storage companies in the past but Public Storage has really made an impression on us.
