Very Clean facility. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable. Security doors are cumbersome, making it very difficult to bring property in and out.

I just moved in and the building was very clean and bright. Veronica from the office was very nice and helpful in signing my paperwork in order to get the unit.

Staff was great answering questions and helping make the transition work right. Very happy with the choice. The only issue is the fire doors once you are in the facility could be a little wider.

Everything worked fine online, but had an issue with move in and there was no one onsite in the office to resolve it. Called 2x on 2 different days left message and the call was never returned. Finally, went to the site on Saturday and was able to resolve the issue. However, advised the staff that the a/c was not working properly and the temperature was roughly 10 degrees warmer near my unit and they used an excuse about the temperature being 78-80 degrees. Then when I informed them that I had been to my assigned storage space and 2 rows over it was roughly 10 degrees cooler, then they admitted that a work order had been put in for the a/c unit where my space was and should be fixed in a week. I do hope that they correct it next week, otherwise we should not be paying for a/c storage if we are not getting it.

The facility will be perfect for my needs. Very clean and accessible.

We, like the rest of Palm Beach, are looking for a place to store our belongings due to the ever soaring prices of rentals. I was able to find, reserve and move in the same day. I just wish pricing would stay consistent beyond 6 months. The office staff was friendly and I feel that my things will be secure in this facility.

I had to wait at the front office for 30 minutes in the scorching heat even though I had called and told the girl in the office that I would be there within the hour. She was on the property but obviously there is no way to reach anyone even if they are on property but away from the front desk. Called number on the door and reservation number to speak to someone but was on hold literally the whole time I was waiting at the front door. There is no call button or any way to contact the office person even if they are on property. Calls should be forwarded to a cell phone to the person that is working the shift. The office should not be left unattended for this long without checking in. Once I did finally get checked in we had a tough time getting the elevator to work. It wouldn't budge from the 1st floor so again I had to go to the office and get help. Once I got all my stuff in I felt better but getting in was quite frustrating and lengthy, especially since it was about 110 degrees outside.

Moving is up there on the stress gauge. So many logistics, so much that could go wrong. Rosie and Freddie were helpful. The place looks like it will meet my needs and help reduce the stress of moving.

My unit was clean and had a very nice controlled temperature. There was a nice deal which made it super affordable. The Unit is easy to access through my phone and the process was just super easy and not stressful. It made for a streamlined moving process. It also felt very safe with the cameras and multiple secure entries. Would definitely recommend!!

Addean (Spelling?) was very helpful in getting me started with the storage unit. I was very happy with the way things worked out. She was very busy as the only employee on duty at the time but managed to remain very pleasant and respond to each of the customer's needs. So far so good with initial experience. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the facility is very busy and needs at least 2 people at the front desk.

I first started using the facility for my business. When I had a need for personal storage, it was my first choice. The units in the new building are clean, safe, and the location is easy to access from 441 in Wellington south of Lake Worth Road.

We actually moved from one storage unit to this one. Price is very affordable. Facility is fairly cleanﾃ｢竄ｬﾂｦ including restrooms downstairs. One thing I will say is that the security there is very on point. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s kind of a pain in the butt if you have to go in and out, upstairs and downstairs (elevator) when moving stuff in (or out) because you have to enter your access code to get into the building and also for the elevator.. (itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a lengthy code). BUT itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s great at the same time since it is more secure this way. The only con I would say is that they should have a trash can outside of the building somewhere. Thatﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s all! Everything else is great.

The facility and the staff was outstanding and very helpful. They were patient with my mother found a unit in close proximity to the elevator to avoid her walking excessively. Great Value!

Every aspect from set up to move in could not have been better. Unit and premises are clean and well maintained. Lock is provided. Other storage facilities try to sell you one. So, yes, so far, great experience. No complaints only kudos!!!

This facility is brand new! It is clean and in great condition. The employees were helpful and walked me all over the facility to show me different storage unit sizes and provided me with answers to all my questions.

I was very pleased to have found this facility be exceptionally clean and maintained. Like all storage units, they are not cheap, but itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a QUALITY facility! They have nice staff, even though my interaction in creating my account was done online, therefore I couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t not rate it higher. If they maintain this facility as it is today 9/21/2021, they will last and have good customers come thru because this is important to people storing memories.

My 1st time there the women in office were a bit dismissive and then spoke very quickly with a bunch of directions. Thereﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a lengthy code u need to punch in at gate, at front door, to get elevator...itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a lot. My other storage I just wave a fob & doors open hands free. Also, the signage is lacking. There should be hanging larger directional guides and or guided numbers painted on walls or something else than just a large map on wall with tiny unit numbers. Who has time or can read that? Just give the ranges of unit numbers on large signs and plop them throughout very challenging to find your unit. Most of their dollies steering is very wonky and almost always a shortage of them. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s good that itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s newer & clean but I canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t stand the +tennumbers# code needed to be punched in constantly so annoying. And the pricing is not cheap. Others had better deals i chose this as its on the way for my move.

Both elevators didn't work. I called customer service multiple times. Also, I escalated with Jene and Pavel who are the area and regional managers. Neither one has gotten back to me. If there was a problem at the facility they should not have sent me a text saying the space is ready. Publix storage has a total disregard of someone elses valuable time.

I was in a pinch 🤏🏽 and this place was my savior. I do kind it online and quickly registered and BOOM 💥 I had a place to store my things. The storage I got was on sale and larger than I needed but was so reasonable that I couldn’t pass up the deal. The staff was helpful when I came to preview the place I had reserved. They showed me around and the size I would get. I moved in on a Tuesday and it took all of 1hr. I got a first floor storage unit and that made it even easier. I would recommend this place to everyone. thanks 🙏!

Only took off one star just because had a little difficulty getting in the elevators when I first got there. It was a little confusing but I finally figured it out and once I did it was easy access after that.

We needed storage for our move in August. It was quick and hassle free.

The manager was helpful and polite. Everything was above board with no surprises!

I really appreciate the service here and very glad that I've found this location. Great experience and positive attitude. I've been renting units from this location for nearly 7 yrs. The staff is always pleasant and professional and facility is always clean. Me. Aimee is the best. She has consistently assisted me with various matters throughout the years. She is a great asset and representative for this organization.

I have had the best experience at this store the bathrooms were very clean the manager Aimee was the nicest sweetest professional individual that I have met. I will recommend this storage location to anyone. I would definitely be returning.

To me, this is the best storage facilities I have ever used. The staff is very customer-oriented and friendly. They would do their best to help one find the best alternative solution. The storage rates are affordable ones as compared to other storages around the area. I am very grateful for their customer service support and attention.

We needed temporary space. We downsized twice as we moved or got rid of the things in the 10 x 20 to a 5x10 to nothing. The only dissatisfaction is that we were required to buy their locks. So from our 3 month time at PS, we now have 4 leftover locks at $19.00 a piece. The round ones are only useable on their doors so we cannot sell them. They want people to buy their new ones.
