THE REPRESENTATIVE WAS VERY HELPFUL. I HAD NEVER USED A STORAGE FACILITY PERVIOUSLY. THIS CO.& LOCATION WAS RECOMMENDED TO ME BY SEVERAL NEIGHBORS. I NEEDED INFORMATION ON WHAT SIZE UNIT, TERMS, HELPFUL HINTS ETC. & THIS REP. GAVE ME WHAT TURNED OUT TO BE VERY ACCURATE INFORMATION & TIPS! THANK YOU!

Public storage on US I in North Palm Beach worked out easily and is safe and clean. This is the second time I've used them in 12 years. The new clerk at the desk, Sherry, struggles with polite social skills but did not deter me from being happy with the storage solution.

I have found the Public Storage very nice and easy to use. Entry gave me some trouble to begin with, but that was my fault. I am so glad there are carts to use because I could not motivate to carry what I have in the unit a box at a time. It is maintained well and has always been clean when I have been there.

Connie has been as helpful and pleasant as anyone in retail that I have experienced in many, many years. She's very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.
