Have used Public Storage for over 12 years. All employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. I recommend Public Storage to friends and acquaintances, especially when they are downsizing or moving.

Courtney is amazing! She was super nice and answered all my questions.

price increased substantially within first couple years. There were only 2 carts for the large facility, then 2 were added but were under lock and key in the office. I waited 45min till the manager came back to be able to use a cart all others were being used.

My husband and I came to Public Storage looking for a unit and was greeted with friendly hello and a big smile by Miriam. The office smelled so fresh and clean. She helped us find exactly what we needed at a great price. She was so sweet and professional. Facility was very clean and she went above and beyond to help us. We got a great unit with a great discount thanks to her. I would recommend this facility for anyone.
