I moved into the storage unit on Thursday January 20th. Nancey helped me with checking in and getting all the information I needed. Not only was she super helpful but the most friendly and kind. They have so many options to offer which fit every need. 100% would recommend.

I arrived on a rainy day with multiple customers arriving at the same time. Dealing in customer service in inclement weather, with people wanting to be serviced immediately, would make a CEO stressed. Sharon was helpful and things moved efficiently. I would recommend Public Storage, especially this location.

There was some confusion the day after my rental. The staff called the next day and corrected the errors before I even knew they occurred.

I visited this Public Storage location (4151 Burns Rd) yesterday. I am preparing for a move and stopped in while visiting from out of town. Chris and Kristine were very so helpful and informative. They answered all of my questions and concerns. I visited a couple of other storage companies yesterday but this was by far the best. I will absolutely use this location in a month or so when I move down here. Very clean and affordable

I would give this particular public storage 5 stars but they have to many speed bumps before even entering.. It is kinda pain in the but esp when truck is full of stuff.. Staff place and everything else 5 stars

Very professional atmosphere. Satisfied about the unit. Not so much about how much they are charging me. But overall happy about the security measures.

Manny was very professional and took the time to explain all aspects of the storage rental. He guided us to the unit location and was patient as we checked out the space. Very pleasant to have been greeted by a knowledgable and trained service provider.

Chris and Sharon are great! Chris has a great sense of humor. You enjoy stopping in to pay your fee or ask a question. My outside storage experience and increase in fees not so pleasant. Rust falls from the overhead roof and the pressure washing of building blows debris in the space and all over my items. Very clean, safe outside area and easy access to space.

I visited several Public Storage in the area and was advised honestly which location was the best for my needs. I was told to go online for the best rates and when I showed up with my reservation number I was greeted with fast and friendly associates who took care of my needs immediately! I would highly recommend Public Storage!
