I had a very pleasant experience with the lady on staff over the weekend. She gets 5 stars. Today (monday) however, was not a pleasant experience. "Jaime" called me and accused me of leaving items outside of my storage unit. Despite my telling her it was not me, she then accused the person who was with me of doing it. I told her that no one was with me on any of the trips to the unit. She was rude, argumentative and insistent that video survaillance shows it was me or the person with me. When I asked het what type of vehicle dropped it off she said she cant disclose it. I told her several times the items to which she refers to were there when i first went to the unit on Saturday. Again she accused me. I told her if she was referring to an ottoman and something else with it, it was there when i first went to the unit, that is not my unit. It is several units away from my unit. I am waiting for my apology from "Jaime"

Very nice staff, clean units, and convenient locations. Just wish they told all the admin fees, lock cost, and insurance on website so you knew the actual price you'd be paying.

I was interested in a storage. I notice this spot was very clean. I came across Jaimi she was very polite and informal. i will definately be there to get my storage when my family and i arrive in Nov

I was inquiring on spaces and the gentlemen in the office tried to sign me up today but I was only shopping but he was very attentive and showed he cared of my product and storage needs. Great customer service and very helpful.

Excellent customer service!!!! The manager here was so helpful and nice!! I seriously was expecting someone rude with an attitude, this was not the case at all, she made the whole self-storage thing a pleasant experience. I also really like that this place is gated with key code, and has easy drive up access.

We were greeted and treated with a lot of Professionalism from the moment we arrived until the moment we left.

I go in at one price then there is a first time price then there is insurance then you have to buy a special lock, tax on top. It makes it a complete different price to what is online. I have used extra space for 6 years they are cleaner and cheaper, I used this one because it closer to my store. I think you should tell people the extra price they will have to pay online when they book.

When the size unit I wanted wasn't available on the first Public Storage I went to, the gal there found one nearby, reserved it for me right there (to lock in the price). At the other store (Military and Northlake) the gal there was super friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and very professional. The follow up calls were appreciated. And when I had a change of plans and no longer need the unit, she made sure the pro rated amount was returned to my credit card. Would highly recommend.

The clerk was helpful and pleasant while delivering the bare bones facts on the storage unit. What they do not advertise is that, yes your first month is $1 HOWEVER... it's really pro-rated; then you have an administrative fee; next is the MANDATORY insurance that they MAKE YOU buy if you want to store things there. So the $1 ended up being over $70...and since we came in on the 17th, I was billed on the first again for the increased rate, plus $11 insurance, plus tax. I needed the space and this was a convenient location. But is I would have had the time to leisurely make the decision - based on the underhanded add on's - I would've gone elsewhere.

Besides the awesome customer service that was provided at this location, the area given to maneuver any sort of moving vehicle is so limited that you can see giant holes and areas where trucks have ran into the side. I witnessed two different 26' commercial trucks run into the front office in the two hours I was moving my stuff in. Other than that, the $1 first month concession I received was topped with tons of fees, ranging from insurance to lock to move-in. Ridiculous. For 13 days I wound up paying nearly $60.
