I love how easy and simple this place and pretty cheap compared to other storage businesses, but they need to improve on communication and putting costumers first. I had an issue with my lock and was not ok with the insurance change because I was unaware of the changes. I felt that I should have been notified of that since I have used the service before. Besides those moving my stuff was easy.

Their prices are decent and they do run sale time to time and their location is good. Now for the cons, they have cages and padlocks. You can see everything stored in all cages and the cages have link fence ceiling at like 7 or 8 feet high. Which could have been avoided and allow the unit chain link fence walls to go up to the actual building ceiling. I am not a building expert so I could be wrong on that. Also, they lock their dumpster. Last but not the least, their business hours are very limited and staff are allowed to lock up the entire office and go on breaks (meaning they only have 1 person working at s time, not ideal or safe).

Great place! When they saw that my unit was empty, they called to make sure I remembered to check out so I wouldn't get charged for another month for an empty unit. It was an extra step they didn't have to take but it showed that they didn't want to overcharge me or take advantage. I highly recommend!
