The prices are decent and there are many options to choose from, depending on the size and location of the units. The customer service from Suzan was great.

Wasn't aware of the administration fee & monthly insurance fee until check in, but still reasonable. So far so good, pretty convenient for the price.

After speaking with the representative I changed my stars to a 5. I was very happy that the phone call was warm and friendly and all of my questions were answered. This led me to believe that my concerns were not really things that could not be fixed.

I wanted climate control for for storage. The storage is very warm, I was told i will need moisture absorb for my things. The one dollar for first month should not be advertise because I had to pay over sixty dollars for the first month. Customer Service was great...

Dispute there computers being down after Hurricane Irma, Stacey and Susan were great at multi-tasking. They were managing multiple calls and loads of customers entering the building with no appointments set. They were troopers while keeping their personalities and smiles gleaming at the same time. Today was a pleasing experience.

I usually don't bother to waste my time on these online reviews but after reading a few of the recent ones, I felt that this needed to be said. I visited this location not too long ago and my experience is part of the reason why I am writing this. I was so unbelievably relieved when I left because of the fact that the staff was extremely helpful and patient. I never expected a process like this to be made that simple. With that being said, I personally believe that that simplicity was due to one employee in particular, Suzan. I am absolutely appalled by the two most recent reviews concerning her because I kid you not, she was nothing but polite and helpful with me. Myself like many other customers writing these were more than satisfied with her. I understand that not every encounter will be the same but I had to say something about these couple reviews because I was grateful for her help. It sounds like it was just a simple misunderstanding or a customer overreacting because workers like Suzan don't make mistakes like that. I would definitely recommend her to anyone visiting this location regardless of what you read on a website! Go meet her for yourself!

Our storage unit isn't cheap, but it's the best storage unit I've ever had. It's cool, clean, great security, easy access, and plenty of space.

before or after the move in?

Everything is good with the company except the time that we are allowed to access and store items but some of us have work schedule that is not conducive with the time.

24-hour access would be a lot more convenient.

Very good storage company with new indoor units, climate controlled and very convenient hours.

I would definitely recommend this facility. The staff (Kim) is friendly, knowledgable and very helpful. The facity is very clean and secure.

Clean facility, nice staff, but some of the EXTRA charges offsets the nice price.
