Customer Service was Great! Trenett was the epitome of professionalism with a warm smile. Storage is the perfect size. My only problem is the bent door that doesn't fit snugly to the ground and Hardship to take off lock. I'm afraid that something might crawl in unit and start an infestation.

received excellent help by the onsite manager but your internet lies on the deals possible. I am an existing customer adding a storage space. Internet quoted me 50% of first month rent when adding a space but was informed by your property manager that this was not true, only new customers gets this offer. Why is it then an option when i log into my account and request to add an additional space???????

Everything went smoothly.

The one I rented in WPB, FL was handled very professionally, and the woman running the desk offered me a good rate for booking online. The one I rented in Miami, I had reserved on-line, but was not aware that it would require a step ladder to access the storage unit. Thus, I switched to a larger unit, and the discount obtained on-line disappeared. I would request a credit on the larger unit in Miami as the disclosure was not apparent that items would have to be carried up on a step ladder.

After I saw my items taken off the moving van, I wanted to change my size from a 30x10 to 20x10. I was not allowed to change my storage room without paying an extra full month for the 20x10. I think this was unfair. The room was clean.
