THE UNIT WAS ODDLY SHAPED THEY DID OFFER ME TO COME VIEW BEFORE BOOKING BUT I WAS NOT ABLE TO DUE TO MY SHORT TIME LIMIT SO IT KIND OF MADE IT DIFFICULT TO GET ALL OUR THINGS IN BUT OTHER THAN THAT I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS

I checked out of the unit the end of September. I contacted a lady in the front office to let her know and she assured me should close this account. I've been in contact with Stephanie who works the front desk and has assured me this matter would be resolved. I have received three phone calls from a collection agency telling me I owe $65.00. I am upset, have left several messages and have not received a call back. This is unacceptable and I will be contacting someone to assist with this. Thank you.

Public Storage located at 5503 N Australian Ave in West Palm Beach, Florida is the best! The Manager, Stacey, is professional and at the same time, a pleasant and joyful person! I had driven 100 miles when I arrived at the facility and was feeling weary, but Stacey made my day with such an enjoyable, pleasurable check-in. I didn't have my glasses, and she let me borrow hers, then she found an extra pair she had and gave it to me! The office hours and gate hours are perfect! I've had considered two other storage facilities, and I'm so happy I selected this one.

Kim and Jennifer has such wonderful customer service skills.Both we're very helpful with my storage needs. They even comfort me because overwhelmed with all the moving i had to do. I highly recommend that you guys come out and check them out.

I have been with Public Storage for some years now. Everytime I come to the office the girls make me feel like I'm at home. I receive great customer service and the girls are very knowledgeable. I really appreciate how the property manager Kim reaches out to me when it's time to pay my bills. She tries her best to make sure I don't receive those late fees. As busy as I can be sometime it slips my mind.Those courtesy calls really helps me out a lot. Thanks Kim and Jazz for such great service.

The rate could be lower all in all its an Ok storage
