I showed up for my 1:00 PM appointment and I called and no one answered and they were 10 minutes late! The world that I come from is if you're late call the customer!

Easy to reserve, move items in and lock the door. That’s what I wanted. Easy!

The location is perfect for me....2 mins from new home and 5 mins from old one! The property is tremendous! THe price was great with promo! Security is great. Loved that they had locks for sale! My rep was more than helpful. Explained everything and showed me the ropes! Manager was present during all of this! Will highly recommend you to everyone! Thanks

Jim is very helpful to all the customers that I've seen her interact with. She's very kind and she ensure that her customers are taken care of. I would recommend any one seeking to store their goods to go to Okeechobee and sansbury location and ask for Kim.

This has been a positive experience, since I was reluctant to use a storage facility for my surplus belongings. The location, the quality of service provided by the manager on duty and the user-friendliness of the facility have encouraged me to stay a little while longer than anticipated.

This Public Storage location is on Okeechobee Blvd just east of St Rd 7. The manager and staff there are friendly and professional. The unit I rented was exactly as promised online. It was clean, and well maintained. The security is great. You are in good hands when you go here to rent a storage unit.

I have no reservations about this company. They manage their locations well and are generally available when needed. I've had strogare locker experiences that were some what more difficult, but I haven't had those problems here. I would prefer to not need these services, but having moved from a different state and a house with a garage & basement to a smaller apartment, I'm glad this is available for my extra possessions.
