Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s refreshing to have staff that is friendly and helpful and willing to spend the time to answer questions. Customer service at this facility is outstanding. Location is easy for on and off the turnpike. I feel that my RV is safe, that I am safe while I am there, and the place is clean and tidy.

5-star treatment. Customer service was outstanding, units were clean and easily accessible. Paperwork was painless thanks to Jessse. Would highly recommend Lake Worth location; opposite the turnpike entrance, close to major crosstreets, (e.i. Jog Road, 411, etc.). A wonderful experience overall.

Facility is clean. Representative at front office is kind and friendly. As far as climate controlled, the temp could be a tad cooler. Yes, Florida is blazing hot but the climate controlled units could be a little more cooler. Better than a garage for sure.

i am in the middle of a very difficult move. The people here were very supportive. I felt a family like atmosphere. My unit is all the way the back and they apologized for it. Who does this, this is a business. it was refreshing that they cared. Must have read the pain on my face and the struggle with my sore body. I would recommend anyone that I know to use this facility.
