Haines City Saver Self Storage

Great help and assistance from Mrs. Diane Novello, she got me in and out as a teacher I need help every summer when I clean out my class room. Everytime she is there for me.

First time renter-totally pleased with how clean the facility was and how big the 5x5 unit really was. Diana was really sweet and got paperwork squared away quickly. I feel that my possessions will be safe here.!!

I did my paperwork and check-in online. It was super easy and straightforward. What I didn't know was that I could go directly to my new space because I needed a lock. Got there and talked to Diane, a lovely and friendly woman btw. She explained to me the process and just after a minute or two I was in front of the storage door.

The saver manager who helped me was absolutely amazing.

This was the most incredible experience I have ever had. Everything went smoothly, and Diane was patient, knowledgeable, and made this an awesome experience.

The manager was kind and helpful. The grounds Seem clean so far. I paid for climate control and could not close the outer doors on the building ensuring the climate control stayed in the building. May not seem like a big deal but my unit is right by the door and Florida is 110 degrees right now.

Diane was great to work with even with a change to a larger unit. Check-in was an easy process.

Diana is very respectful and quick. Five stars all the way through! Thank you!

I was being transferred from North Carolina back to Florida which is my home base and I needed to do this so quickly and the store was for all my things that are going to be going into my new house but I wasn't ready the storage facility was close to my mother and if she was able to set it up it was easy and it was quick it was painless I love the unit I love the fact that its climate control on that takes a load of stress off me and I would recommend this place to anyone

You do not charge the stated rate. You add on other charges and charge a month rate for a couple of weeks. I consider that to be less than honest.

had to find a place to put my great grandmothers bedroom set..so glad we choose this rental place now looking to upgrade storage unit..won't go anywhere else!

Nichols is great at customer service and very efficient in setting every thing up. The unit is very clean and good for my needs, I like that there is 24 access.

I would recommend this location absolutely. I had a personal issue with a family member who we were renting the unit for and Nichole was so compassionate and more helpful then anyone could ask for. Thank you again, I really appreciate all your support!

Super convenient move in process, I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t even have to go into the office. I was able to complete everything simply online. Still a pleasant lady working there checked on us to see if we had any questions or needed any assistance. Our storage unit was clean and easy to access.

I made the reservation on Thursday, did the paperwork in the morning and moved furniture in that afternoon. First time renting storage unit and was very simple. Friendly people.

I reserved a unit on line two days before I arrived in Florida. When I showed up Monday morning everything was ready to go for me! In less than 10 minutes we were unpacking the truck into a very clean unit. There was plenty of room to maneuver a 22ft moving truck easily. I was able to pick my own entry code! I love the autopay option. Moving is stressful enough, and getting a storage unit was NOT!

I reserved the unit online the day before and it was ready for me the following morning. The paperwork process was super easy and you can save a little when you opt in for auto pay and eco-billing. You pick your own code so there is no long string of numbers to try and memorize. The location is easy to get to the and maps provided make it easy to get to your unit. I'm extremely pleased with my decision to store at this facility!

Very helpful staff and pricing is very affordable. Only thing was no numbering on the unit and had trouble with gate code.
