Quick service, friendly manager would recommend

Have been renting here for several months, no issues so far. Except, when I moved to a different building for a smaller space. It was after office hours, I had called ahead. Upon opening my unit door, I was welcomed by a variety of size and shaped different kinds of dead roaches. Needless to say, had to move in regardless, no one to call.

I have access to my belongings anytime between 6am - 10pm, Monday - Sunday. With my busy schedule that simplify things for me. They are very organize, everything is kept clean. I have no complaints.

Storage King was able to help us out on such short notice ad well as on a holiday weekend. The facility was very clean and the lady I talked to was very nice. I would highly recommend this place.

I needed a unit right away the Express check in was quick and easy.

Sold our house put household and precious items in an inside Climate Control unit. Took 2 years for new house to be built. No damage whatsoever to our belongings. No mold, no mildew, no heat damage. Not even any dust on items after 2 years! Excellent service from management.

My experience was great from the phone call to confirm I would be coming in to the reception I received when I arrived. Everything was explained clearly the staff member was extremely helpful pleasant and engaging. The unit was clean and ready. Would recommend them to anyone.

We were very impressed by this facility. We did everything online first and once we arrived there, the ladies in the office finished up the process and showed us to our unit. Great customer service. Very neat and clean units.

Needed a storage place fast. This was one of the closest and most affordable storage facilities in the area. Set up on line. When we arrived, we met a very friendly and courteous person on the counter. She gave us a quick tour of available storage units. Decided on the 10X15 to meet our needs. Available with or W/O climate control. Hours of accessibility are very reasonable 7 days a week. Easy to set up, E-Z to rent, E-Z to access. Great value.

Very clean (brand new), great customer service to sign up and show me where the unit it was beforehand and how to work the lock. Competitive pricing. Easy drop off. Excellent all around.

I needed to store some of my furniture for a month or two. I walked into the office 5 minutes before closing, and Lisa was as pleasant and helpful as she could be! :) She is just a "glass half-full" person. She made the process soooo easy. She explained in great detail everything I needed to know about accessing my unit, their work hours, etc. She turned a blah experience into such a pleasant one! The prices are fair, and Lisa sure knows what she is doing. All COVID protocals were also followed, so I felt very safe.

Convenient entrance and exit off of main highway. Simple layout with adequate space for driving directly to your assigned unit with a car or box truck. Quick and easy sign up process and very fair pricing. Accommodating staff.

I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t actually get there yet but I reserved and paid for the unit. Customer service is great all around. Will recommend to family and friends!!!

They raise their prices every 6 to 8 months It's a storage facility!!

Customer service representative was very helpful and informative on the facility and gave me plenty of options to choose from. I would definitely recommend anyone wanting to use a storage facility to use Storage King.

Easy and quick process. Great customer service.

The employees at this facility were amazingly helpful and accommodating. My storage room was extremely clean and the process was a very smooth one. The only “con” would be that the prices online do not include tax and they require renters insurance. I would have preferred to know that up front.

Needed something quick for a sold home but no new home yet and they had what I needed and got it quick and easy, no problems!

Easy to use... my only issue was that my entry code would not work. Thankfully they are always reachable by phone.

They were very excited about me moving in. They were also very helpful in assisting me with all my paperwork over the phone to tome being at work not knowing when I would be off.
