I was in desperate need of a storage asap. To my surprise I was able to go online and setup my move in date and given a quote. Once the storage was available that same day, I received text message that my unit was ready for move in. When I got to the office the manager was just as fast and especially friendly. I will tell all my friends and family how reasonable and reliable storage king USA really is!!

The whole process was quick and easy, on line and in person. Having to use a code to get in AND out is an extra security level that improved my comfort level. I wish I had known and used them for truck and moving supplies.

Christy was awsomwe! Very pleasant, helpful and she double check the code for the gate to be sure I could get in for I was arriving after hours. Thr area is well lit which is a must have for night time. I felt safe!

The property manager Kristi is so helpful and accommodating. The paperwork was quickly handled. We had a mechanical problem while we were trying to park our trailer. Kristi found us help right away even though our problem was out of her realm at the facility. Above and beyond customer service!
