Special Rate requires purchasing our lock and our mid-tier protection plan. Prorated rent plus next month's rent is due upon signing lease agreement. Minimum of 2 months rental plus a protection plan. No Refunds for paid rent(s). Units are rented on a first come first served basis. RV's, Boats and trailers must be 2015 or newer and in running condition. New tenants only, no transfers. See Manager for complete details. Discounts are solely at Management's discretion. Limited to one special per household and/or Family.

The facility is super clean, secure and the staff are absolutely super friendly. The price is more than fair. One thing that stood out was the corridors are marked like street names to help you navigate your way around. Auromatic lighting and illuminated exits sign to guide you out, especially in an emergency. Every unit is climate controlled and on ground level so elevators to deal with. Extremely secure with a individual code for access and cameras for added security...Love it! I highly recommend this hidden gem.
