About Premier Storage One
Special Rate requires purchasing our lock and our mid-tier protection plan. All units are on the first floor. 1st month's rent, next month's prorated rent, admin fee and protection plan are due upon signing lease agreement. Minimum of 2 months rental. No Refunds for paid rent(s). Special rates are for new Tenants only, no transferring of units. If we don't have the size you are looking for, please call us. We have three locations in Zephyrhills. Limited units available, please call to confirm your reservation. All units are rented on a first come first served basis. Some units may require a deposit. New tenants only, no transfers. See Manager for complete details. Discounts are solely at Management's discretion. Limited to one special per household and/or Family.

We booked our reservation remotely while traveling to Florida, the costumer service was walking us thru the simple process and went above and beyond to help us, the facility is clean with easy secure access and also has a Uhaul dealer on site that allowed us deliver the truck also easier.
