The manager was very helpfull and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and was able to make the processes quick and easy. As for the price, although I am still very happy with the price I pay each month, the price I was quoted over the phone compared to the actual price was a bit higher. There was one other problem throughout my experience that was not so quick and or easy. When I finally arived to my storage space the look was still on it, the manager had forgotten to unlooked it before she left for the day. I had to wait an hour before being able to get my things into storage. After a full day of moving my entire house with just my sister and I, that hour felt like the longest hour of my life! She was very sweet and apologetic. Overall I would recomend this storage.

I've had some things stored here for over a year, never had an issue with anything. The manager, Ed, has been incredibly nice and helpful throughout the whole time. They've even kept their word on improvements and rebuilding more security measures.

The website advertises the monthly rate as one price, then upon arrival notifies you that you MUST purchase renter's insurance for an additional cost- I thought this was misleading. I chose this unit, although out of the way, because I wanted the best deal. It turned out to be both out of the way AND the same price as other storage units.
