Very easy to check in, rates & fees are a little confusing but staff is pleasant. Ad doesn't mention you must purchase company lock which adds to expense & must buy their insurance before you leave. I had to buy $1000 worth of insurance when I just got the unit & didn't have $1000 worth of goods yet.

I wanted to rent from the storage place at state bridge and jones bridge but it was priced too high. Got a much better price from the location on maxwell. Vivvie was great. Place is clean and all I need. Ok the nearby dump adds an interesting aroma at times, but I can live with that for a good deal

Signed up for my unit online and within 10 minutes of completing it the manager, Robert, called me to make sure all is well and when to expect me. He made the check-in process very seamless and smooth. I had my unit in less than 20 minutes and can't complain about a thing. Excellent staff member onsite.
