The manager was very helpful when I obtained a storage unit. The facility is very clean, neat and security is excellent. Climate controlled storage is available. Security is strong.

I visited back to my rental unit 2 times since I rented it since this pat weekend and both times same vihcle of one of the other renters, a suv Mercedes, was parked right at the entrance gate (basement level) very close to the poles. People need to respect the others right and don't be selfish. I think the management need to have a sign at the gate and remind people to don't do that. Second issue is entering the long code each time to get inside and at several entering points which was annoying at the move in time. A card reader or scanner will be very efficient and time saving. I entered the code more than 50 times I believe at my move in time.

Good secure indoor storage. Supposed to be climate controlled. I was not able to tell it on my last 5 visits. Please add lighting and fix the AIR!

Good service and very friendly staff. My only complaints are that there could be more hand trucks available and my rent went up twice in a 16-month period. Otherwise, a great place to store my things and I'd be happy to be a customer here again.

Janet is the best ever, super helpful, super nice. Skip all of these fancy places that overcharge. This is the best place in Atlanta. Climate controlled, clean, and most of all very nice people and affordable. Look no more!

Great customer service. Very friendly staff. I reserved my unit and the next day I was all moved in. Looks extremely safe and secure yet easy to get into your storage without any hassle. This will be my #1 spot to store my belongings for now on.

My experience has been a real pleasure. The Property Manager, Ms. Vivie is beyond nice. She was so helpful and knows her stuff! She made the process quick and as she gave us the tour of the facility, you could see the pride she had- not only in her work quality, but also her appreciation of her clients. Everything went really well and smoothly. The staff were incredibly helpful, the facility easy to get into (with the code!!!) and to move. They have carts available and a downstairs loading dock, which is terrific so that I cont have to go up & down the elevator.
