I was looking for a storage facility and was immediately provided the space I was needing. The manager, Victor, was friendly, professional, and informative. The locker assigned was clean and accessible. I couldn't have asked for an easier process.

very easy to make a reservation and use the storage

There's a bit of bait and switch in this industry. Prices are double or triple at the storage site than they are on the website. Unless you reserve online you don't know that you're paying far too much! Then I was told if I wanted storage near a door instead of far to the rear there's a surcharge. And only 1 dolly for the entire location, so I had to wait for it to become available.

Excellent on-site facility manager John, and others. This facility is always clean and secure. I have 2 units, one climate controlled and one outdoor. The inside unit is always cool and dry and well lit, and push carts are available for loading/unloading. The facility has a coded gate for entry and exit, and it is always operational. Inside the gated area is clean with easy access to all storage units.

Very professional way of handling the rental. John answered questions and showed the unit I needed. Nice follow up to be sure we were able to access unit and all was ok

The registration process was smooth and simple. John at the John's creek location was friendly and helpful as well as professional. I wish that there wouldn't been a move in special but other than that i was satisfied with the process.

The facility and John are awesome. Very pleased. Decided to move after several years to a facility that was near the area we live in and shop in. There is only about a 3 mile difference but Public Storage is much better and I like the roll up door and the fact that the lights stay on. But John just has a caring personality and I like that. I have not met the other employees but I am sure that they too, will be awesome.

This is my first exposure to Public Storage, and it was very pleasant. John was a dream to work with. He went out of his way to make my experience sufficiently rewarding to take time for. He searched multiple options to accommodate my property, and advised me on the best option, considering my situation. Yes I know, I was expecting too much, but he delivered. The place is very clean and John is marvelous. The price is also very competitive. Thank you Public Storage for hiring John, he really did make a difference.

Facility appears clean so far, no evidence of rodents or other vermin. Doors to outside of building are beaten up...wonder if a good hard pull will open them. The insurance charge is outrageous, as homeowners and rental insurance is extended to cover storage. It's like that overcharged auto rental insurance. I agree with the other reviews - the bait-and-switch with the $1 first month rental offset by the hidden fees is ridiculous.
