DIshonest greedy company that was a good company in the past with the previous owners. This company continues to raise rent often with no sense of reason. One of my units was flooded with mud during a rainstorm because of their low quality units and low quality landscaping around it that are not maintained. Yet, they continue to raise rent similar to apartment slumlords. Their dishonest greed should be their downfall. These are metal storage buildings...not homes that require increases in rent to provide for improvements. They are not providing any improvements on these low quality metal buildings, but they continue to dishonestly take advantage of their long term customers by often raising rent.
