Only thing I thought the units would feel more climate controlled...rather warm inside

I got a more spacious unit for a third of the cost from the competition. Two freight elevators instead of one, longer access hours, onsite restroom etc. I'm greatly satisfied.

I would recommend this storage to a friend.

This is a clean storage for the most part. No one there to assist you tho. Self service sucks when you are having problems.

Great customer service and clean facility. I like the fact that the units are inside and well maintained. The price on the unit was more than another location just a couple miles away and when I asked for a price match my rep was unable to apply it but I stayed for the convenience and the friendly staff. Thank you

The overall process was smooth and simple and I didn't feel like I had to jump through hoops just to get a storage unit and the prices are reasonable

Quincy is the king of customer service. The staff wants to make sure that all of your questions answered and needs are met. Facility is new, clean and secured. I would definitely recommend!!!

This was by far the best experience I've had using a storage facility. I was able to reserve my storage unit and a moving truck on the same day.

Location is convenient for those who are within the City of Atlanta, as well as those who reside just outside of it in Smyrna/Vininga/Marietta. Customer service was efficient and friendly, facility is clean and safe feeling, and I've never had any qualms about going at various times.

Its location is pretty centralized for most of Atlanta/Marietta/Vinings areas, off of a main road, right off of I-285. The parking lot is a little small, and someone got hit when I was moving my stuff in. Customer service is thorough and friendly, and called to make sure reservations were confirmed.

We have been using this facility for about three weeks now. Customer service is great and the facility is very clean.

The rep made sure that i was really getting the right size i needed to downsize from 2 units at separate storage facilities to one. He was very nice and he showed me different units on diff floors to see which location of the units suited me best. The units are extremely clean. U will feel safe and secure knowing rodents and bugs wont enjoy your belongings more than you. There are security cameras on each floor. Outlets are convenient and spaced out appropriately. And they have satellite radio. Hope this helps.

Overall, I found the staff very knowledgeable and helpful. The facility appeared and smelled clean. My only complaint would be there was only one cart to move items in on the evening I moved my items in and previously I had seen three sizable carts and they were nowhere to be found when I needed them.

Friendly front desk personnel, easy to use and locate storage, good price.
